Beautiful place, and perfect location. I was lucky enough to stay here for eight days and when I first walked in I was blown away. I stayed in the master suite which has a super comfy bed and beautiful bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub that has an ocean view. My favorite part of this condo is all the balcony space with nothing but blue ocean in front of you. Each room has a private balcony and the living room has an outdoor eating area. We stayed in a few nights and watched movies, cooked dinner and relaxed. Other nights we took a short cab ride into town which has a variety of bars and clubs where you can dance the night away! The condo also has a gym and pool which is nice when you need a break from the beach. All in all, I really couldn’t have asked for better accomodations. Casa aneila is truly a slice of paradise.

2/11/12-2/25/12 my husband and i, and our friends, just returned from a wonderful two weeks in pv at casa anelia….we cooked in some nights and had everything we needed at our fingertips…it was just wonderful to dine on the terrace, with the sun setting in the background, drinking wine and listening to music in the background….truly like heaven on earth….the near-by beach serves the purpose of quietly reading, dipping into the water, and just staring out onto the horizon where the sky and water meet, feeling truly at peace….we walked into town (15-20 minute walk) to have lunch at el dirado or la palapa make a reservation) and then used their amenities for the entire day (chairs, umbrellas, towels)…it works out beautifully…the water at los muertos is perfect for enjoying, since it can be entered easily….the pool on the property is wonderful for cooling off or swimming….comfortable lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas to use for games or to bring down lunch poolside….also, peacefully quiet for reading or sleeping…the style of casa anelia with all it’s appointments is stunning, plants abound….you never want to leave once you arrive….we will be back next year for another guaranteed two glorious weeks!….melanie, thank you for having such a perfect spot and keeping it as beautiful as you do!…

My husband and I just returned from a beautiful week at Casa Anelia. Everything in the unit was made to make us feel welcome and at home in Puerto Vallarta. The management staff is very friendly and accommodating. Casa Anelia is exactly like the pictures on the website – dreamy, simply dreamy. We will be most certainly be back with the confidence of knowing exactly what we’re getting. Thanks Melanie.

This was our 2nd stay at Casa Aneila, and it was truly just as great, if not better, that our first visit. Everything about the condo is perfect…perfect view, perfect location, great amenities, beautifully decorated, and so “homey”. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the condo and down by the pool (which is beautiful as well). We have recommended Casa Aneila to friends who have stayed and loved it equally (Chad and Trudi Boyd), and we even showed the condo to a couple we met from Seattle who seemed very interested in renting in the future. I’m almost scared to tell anyone else about this hidden gem…it might be harder and harder to get the dates we want, lol. Thanks again Melanie…everything was great. We will be back!

Thank you for a most wonderful vacation in your lovely condo! It was so great to get away from everything and just go at our own pace. The condo is most enjoyable and became “home” in a matter of minutes. We loved each and every moment and look forward to returning!

We had a fabulous 9 days at Casa Aneila. This condo is in our favorite part of PV. It’s close to town yet not in the noisy hub-bub. You can walk to the beach or walk right into town.
The condo itself is gorgeous. The rooms are huge, the terraces are big and overlook a wonderful little secluded road with the beach and ocean beyond. The pool and waterfall is beautiful. It is peaceful and quiet. We actually were the only ones at the pool!
This condo and the building it’s in are the best kept secret in Puerto Villarta!

I stayed at Casa Aneila in late May 2010 with two friends. Each of us walked into the condo and were left speechless! For the price per night, you cannot beat Casa Aneila. The condo is a pristine 2BR/2BR sprawling space with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Conchas Chinas beach. It is located in the ‘Beverly Hills’ of PV, nestled on a hill flanked by the beach. Downtown PV is a short US$5 cab ride away and there is a convenience store right next door for your 24 hour needs.

As for the condo itself, like I mentioned it’s clean, well kept, open, spacious, airy and bright. Melanie has done a great job stocking the condo with all the towels, beach equipment, kitchen utensils and laundry supplies you’ll need. The kitchen is so well stocked, we found plenty of silverware, pans, pots, salt/pepper, cooking spray, wine openers, avocado slicer (!) and so much more.

Needless to say, Casa Aneila is one of the main reasons we loved PV so much; it was the perfect space to come home to after a day of adventure. Highly recommended!

This condo is simply amazing! It has everything you could possibly want, a fully stocked kitchen, satalite television, great air conditioning, you literally have everything you need for a perfect couples or family vacation. The condo is beautiful and the decor is very nice. The views from every room in this place are stunning. You must try to be around for the sunsets because they are the best I have ever experienced. We ate dinner on the beautiful patio several times and watched the amazing array of colors over the horizon. One night, we caught a family of Hump Back whales playing hundreds of feet off the coast from the condo. It was the most amazing experience for us!!! The whales would jump out of the water or slap their tales high in the air for an hour straight. You could hear the screams of amazment from other balconies and the tour boats out in the water. You could not have paid to see a better show, right from the comfort of this amazing condo. It was my first time in PV but I could not imagine staying anywhere else but here. Conchas Chinas is wonderful because it is private and secluded with wonderful beaches but it also is so close to the romantic zone of the city and the Malecon. The beach is an easy walk down stairs in the back by the pool and then down a quaint cobblestone road. Overall we loved this condo so much. It is so roomy and everything is done so nicely. It is a very quality home complete with granite countertops, stone and wood floors, and the bathrooms are first rate. The shower and jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom is something like out of a magazine. Walk along the beach just in front of the condo and take a look at the beautiful homes that are surrounding it. This is the best neighborhood in PV by far. The pool at the condo is amazing as well. I really like the shaded areas with all of the vegitation and the waterfall. And if you are a gym rat, there is a workout room that has everything you need. The grounds of the condo are exquisite as well, all of the tropical plants and the fountain make you feel like you have escaped to a true paradise. I would recomend this condo to anyone who wants to experience the wonders of Puerto Vallarta. This is an awesome city to visit, the food is like no other location and the people are warm and friendly. The best part about PV is that there is so much to do you could never get bored. This condo is the perfect location to explore the wonders of this charming part of Mexico. Thats if you can ever get yourself to leave this amazing condo with its amazing views.

You won’t be sorry for choosing this place. In my opinion, Conchas Chinas is the most lovely area to stay in when visiting Puerto Vallarta. This condo is equipped with absolutely everything. The pool is nice, the view is fantastic, and the beds are comfortable. This is a charming place, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay a good one. A staff member even came over the morning after our arrival to be sure we could connect to the internet. You can walk to town or the ocean, or can summon a taxi by standing right in front of the place. You will love it. The only reason I hesitate to say all the good things about this place is that it might be full when I want to visit again! Enjoy.
